I’ve been slacking on comment replies, sorry about that. Daniel & Pooja – there are updated steps above if you want to try again. I’m also going to delete all contacts from my yahoo account so I can run a cleaner test. I’ll post the results.

My problem: If I add a contact to Yahoo manually, twitter finds that one, but all the contacts imported from Facebook don’t show up…

Wonder if there’s a way to re-designate all the facebook contacts so that they show up as regular contacts…

I’ve tried exporting them to a CSV so that I can re-import that into gmail or somewhere else.
I guess the only way to do it is to add all the fb contacts you see in yahoo manually as new contacts…

Sorry for the delay everyone. The new (working!) steps are posted above. I’ll update the post soon with screenshots, since Twitter and Yahoo keep moving things around every once in a while.
